1. Booking and Payment

1.1 Guests must make a full payment of RM300 to confirm the booking.
1.2 A security deposit of RM100 is required and will be refunded after the homestay inspection.
1.3 All payments must be made via [insert payment method, e.g., bank transfer, e-wallet].

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

2.1 Cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in: The full payment will be refunded except for the RM100 deposit.
2.2 Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in: No refund will be provided, except for the RM100 deposit.
2.3 Guests may request to change the booking date at least 3 days before the original check-in date, subject to availability.

3. Check-in and Check-out

3.1 Check-in time: After 3:00 PM.
3.2 Check-out time: Before 12:00 PM.
3.3 Late check-out without prior approval will be charged RM50 per hour.

4. Guest Responsibilities

4.1 Guests must maintain the cleanliness and condition of the homestay.
4.2 Smoking inside the homestay is strictly prohibited.
4.3 Pets are not allowed inside the property.
4.4 Guests must respect neighbors and avoid loud noise, especially after 10:00 PM.
4.5 The management is not responsible for any lost or stolen personal belongings during the stay.
4.6 Any damage or loss of homestay items will be deducted from the security deposit.
4.7 Consumption or possession of intoxicating drinks (alcoholic beverages) is strictly prohibited inside the homestay premises.

5. Security Deposit and Inspection

5.1 The security deposit of RM100 will be refunded within 24 hours after check-out, subject to inspection.
5.2 If there are any damages or missing items, the cost of repair or replacement will be deducted from the security deposit.

6. Liability and Rights of Management

6.1 The management has the right to refuse or cancel a booking if the guest fails to comply with the terms and conditions.
6.2 The management is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or losses during the stay.
6.3 If there are complaints from neighbors or authorities, the management reserves the right to terminate the stay without a refund.
